We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. Charges will not change for orders already confirmed. If a prescription is not approved following clinical review, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 working days.
Once your prescription has been approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Deliveries are made via a tracked courier service. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
You are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details are provided at checkout. Failed deliveries due to incorrect information may result in additional charges. Medications will be packaged discreetly and in compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical storage and transport requirements.
